Signofly
A web application for tracking approval requests: submissions, sign-offs and a full audit trail, in one place, for teams too small for enterprise approval software. Free to try, with a paid plan once your team needs more.
The Situation
Every small team runs into this
A purchase request buried in a WhatsApp group. A leave request that lives in one person's inbox. A reimbursement nobody remembers signing off on. It works, mostly, until the one time it doesn't, and people are reconstructing who approved what, from memory, days later.
Enterprise approval software solves this, but it's built for a different size of team entirely: a rollout project just to get started, a per-seat invoice, and a feature set a ten-person team will never touch.
What Was Built
Enough structure, without the overhaul
Enough structure to make approvals trackable, without asking anyone to change how they already work.
Submit
Fill in a request form built around whatever the team actually needs.
Notify
The right approver gets an email the moment it's their turn.
Decide
Approve or reject with one click. No separate login needed.
Track
Every step lands on a timeline, visible to everyone involved.
Key Capabilities
What it actually does
Under the Hood
Nothing fancy, just solid choices
Runs on Next.js 14 with Supabase underneath (Postgres, auth and file storage in one place), with Row Level Security enforcing who can see what at the database layer, not just a UI toggle. Resend sends the transactional email; Lemon Squeezy handles billing end to end via hosted checkout. It started on Vercel and moved to Cloudflare Workers as the product matured, mainly for cost efficiency at scale.
How It Changed the Workflow
Approval requests that used to live in WhatsApp threads and individual inboxes now go through one system, with a full timeline of who approved what and when.
